The Port Autonome de San Pedro (PASP) has successfully passed the second follow-up audit of its triple ISO certification for its Integrated Quality, Safety, and Environment Management System (IQSEMS).
Conducted from July 27 to 30, 2026, by Bureau Veritas, the audit focused on compliance, operational performance, and risk management related to port activities, in accordance with the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management), and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety). Following the audit, the auditing body issued a favorable opinion for maintaining the triple certification, attesting to the effectiveness of the port’s management system.
On this occasion, the Director General of PASP, Mr. Pascal José DALLY, reiterated that the IQSEMS is a cornerstone of PASP’s performance strategy. Addressing the process leaders, he urged them to move beyond mere regulatory compliance and adopt a more proactive approach focused on risk anticipation.
“Our management system must evolve from a primarily reactive approach to a preventive and predictive one, capable of detecting, observing, and analyzing early warning signs of emerging risks,” he stated.
This vision reflects the Port Autonome de San Pedro (PASP)’s commitment to making its management system a true driver of resilience, operational excellence, and sustainable competitiveness, in a context marked by profound changes in global supply chains and increasing environmental protection requirements.
At the close of the audit, the Director General of PASP commended the commitment, rigor, and professionalism of all the teams and process leaders, whose involvement contributed to the success of this assessment. He also reaffirmed his ambition to permanently position the Port Autonome de San Pedro as a regional benchmark in terms of quality, safety, environmental compliance, and sustainable performance.
