The African Development Bank is seeking a firm with adequate experience to develop Guidelines for Dry Ports Operations and Frameworks for Multi Modal Transport Corridor Operations in Africa following 2 components: (i)Frameworks for Multimodal Transport Corridor Operations, and (ii) Guidelines for Dry Ports Developments and Operations in Africa. The Bank will collaborate with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) on the Capacity Building for both private and public sector logistics value chain professionals in selected transport corridors in partnership with the relevant regional corridor management authorities.
